Maui Furniture Repair is founded by David Fitch, Principal Craftsman and Owner of Heirloom Woodworks, based on a desire to offer expert, on-island furniture repair and restoration services for residents, rental property owners, hotels, interior designers, and general contractors in Hawaii. Our work has been featured by Architectural Digest and Maui No Ka ’Oi magazines, and our projects are in the private collections of the Maui Arts & Cultural Center, Dana Estates winery, and various homes, hotels, and financial institutions in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Napa, Hollywood, and Hawaii.
We treat repair & restoration of pieces with deep care and consideration for the history, beauty, and utility of each item.
We have trained with master finishers responsible for preserving pieces for the Smithsonian, and apply that same diligence and care to your furniture here in Hawaii.
